2400/2500 Block of W Leigh Street, owned by Department of General Services, Parcel ID#N0001396010. There are no less than 3 homeless encampments on this property with large amounts of trash and debris. Everything from cardboard boxes, hundreds of glass beer bottles, blankets, fire pits (fire hazard), aluminum cans, food packaging, etc. I spent several hours this morning photographing the debris and walking the property. The Department of General Services was notified several months ago of the trash and debris on their property, and nothing has been cleaned up. The trash and encampments are in the wooded area to the west of the fenced in portion of the lot.
