After several years, this house is finally being gutted and put back together and today the painters came. They parked their van in front of the house and while they work are playing their music loud enough that you can hear it at the end of the block. Somehow I don't think this would be allowed in Westville, East Rock or many other areas of the city. Sorry for the parents who are trying to get babies to sleep and people coming home at the end of the day thinking this was their chance to relax.
