Description
Good news...the City removed the dead tree that was inset into the sidewalk at this address.
Bad news...no one ground the stump leaving the job somewhat incomplete. Can someone remove the stump and plant a new tree to keep up the appearance on the rest of the block?

6/6/2013 - Thanks for your communication Brett - please dialogue with me a little bit - I got a report from Richmond Tree Mgmt (20020893468) that their crew removed an 8" stump and debris at this location on 6/3/13 - is there additional work that needs to be done for stump removal at 815 N 25th Street or would you only be requesting Adopt-A-Tree information
