Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.
Still not fixed; I saw someone hit their head on a branch under here. There's a creek on one side and a busy road on the other, so not a lot of options to go around.
The Parks & Recreation Department has reported this is on private property. It has been sent for abatement. When they provide another response, an update will be posted. Thanks.
