Description

The new sidewalk and curb ramps at the corner of Frankford Ave, Belgrade St, and Crease St were rebuilt by the private developer who is/has constructed new homes on this corner. Unfortunately the curb ramps were not constructed in accordance with ADA, City and PennDOT policy. Detectable Warning Surfaces should have been installed in accordance with PennDOT Publication 72M, RC-67M. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, this developer is responsible for providing a compliant curb ramp at this location.
