Chris Smith. Agreed, the streets were never completed and look terrible and pose a safety hazard to the community while driving.

We would love to have the roads repaved and I was told when the church across from us on Lynn was finished the city would do so. Also, I have seen kids in our neighborhood have accidents (broken bones) due to the uneven pavement.

I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Just want to agree with the above. I have young children playing and riding bikes on the street and would greatly appreciate the repairs. It also seems unsafe for drivers as cars are constantly swerving to the wrong side of the road to avoid the pothole at the top of the neighborhood. Thank you.

City staff visited these streets today and they appear to have been completed. The problem is with settlement adjacent to some manholes. We will schedule a patching crew to do some repairs. The current Pavement Condition Rating (PCR) has them just outside the numbers for resurfacing although they may qualify for next year’s contract. We will review these streets in November for the next contract.
