Heading northbound, there are four no left turn signs at this intersection. Three say no left turn during rush hour M-F except holidays. The one on the far right (not very visible) says something different: no left turn during rush hour M-F except buses. This different one probably needs to be removed or corrected - otherwise it's not clear if the exception is holidays or buses or both or neither.
