Description

Groups of men often loitering in front of house. Very loud late evening and early morning. Trash in front of house. Broken glass on sidewalk.

this issue is still a problem. The frequency of the loitering has lessened, but it has not gone away entirely. There is now a box-spring from a mattress that is just propped up against the wall on julian abele park.. these men a responsible for that mattress being there. Quite an eye-sore!
