Description

There is an ongoing construction project on Telegraph Road @ I-95 that has brought many improvements to traffic flow over the past few years (ramp to Huntington Ave, new ramps off I-95 to N. Kings Hwy, Telegraph Rd. and Huntington Ave, and new ramp directly onto Eisenhower Ave.); however, the timing of the lights is off to the point that in the mornings it takes 20 minutes to drive from Telegraph & Florence Lane to the overpass over Duke Street (236). It has been better during the Summer, but school starts next week and it is going to be a cluster again. A slight timing change to the lights on Telegraph Road would ease this problem greatly as there is traffic onto Telegraph from Franconia Road, N. Kings Hwy, and Huntington Ave. It gets bogged down because they have nowhere to go except to the next light--which is red when the others are green.
