The Dominion Power substation at the corner of Annandale Road and Clearview drive serving 900 customers (several thousand nearby people) has suffered multiple-hour failures once or twice a year for the past decade. It isn't as if Dominion doesn't know the storms are coming, so for crying out loud install some resilience in the system.
