Description

This is the second time I have reported this today. The first time a reply came back that said there was no violation. This car is parked illegally in the alley in front of 16 Snows Court NW. It is not parked in a legal space. It has out of state tags. THIS IS VERY MUCH A VIOLATION.!!!
