The Housing & Environmental Inspections Division needs more information. Please provide an address where the concern exists. They will be better abled to responde to the concern.

It is the entire bush line that runs along the Olde Raleigh Subdivision ...on the Duraleigh Road entrance. Starts almost at Olde Stream Ct. and continues down the sidewalk to the light at Duraleigh and Ebenezer. They are small green bushes that have not been trimmed in years. Many of them actually protrude out on to the sidewalk.

Can you tell me what constitutes a "violation" from a neighborhood or HOA? If you walk along that sidewalk and someone comes towards you from the other direction, one person has to get in the grass next to the busy Duraleigh road, all due to the bushes. If they just drove by, it is hard to realize how much they get in the way, unless you are actually on the sidewalk. If you look at the sidewalk directly across Duraleigh on the other side, that neighborhood has nothing even planted close to the sidewalk. Not trying to be a pain, just trying to understand and I worry about the safety of the people on this sidewalk.
