I have to make this turn several times a day as I have 1 child in Willoughby Middle and 1 child at South. This is almost imppossible to turn headed east and trying to turn left onyo Shankland. I am sure it won't get fixed, with an left arrow, until someone tries to neat an on coming westbound that is doing the normal 40MPH in this 25 MPH zone and the kill someone. This part of Route 20 is the most abused speed limit of 25MPH in the city as people try to out ru, (westbound), traffic to merge over, then the horns start blowing and road rage begins. Throw in someone trying to turn left onto Shankland and you have a Heisley Road, (notrh bound), and Route 2, (East bound), from a couple weeks ago all ovr again. Let this contiue until tradegy strikes or put up a left arrow to save those lives!!! One good thing is at least the hospital and rescue or right close!!!!!!!

AMEN!!! I take 84 whenever possible. THey have an arrow for turning left, and it's no problem if you're coming from downtown Willoughby either. I try to avoid downtown and Euclid Ave. as much as possible anymore.

What's needed for Rt 20 westbound traffic at Shankland is either a delayed green light or a left turn signal. The traffic is especially from 3:00pm until 5:30pm or so. The only way to make that corner is to get right into the intersection until the light changes.

There needs to be a slow red or a left turn light on westbound at Shankland & RT 20. At between 3:30pm & 5:30 or so it's murder trying to make turn there. If you get right into the intersection, you might make it.
