Intersection needs mowing

You can not see the traffic coming up the hill at the corner of Valley st.You must inch into the intersection to see past the tall grass at the parking lot.The traffic coming up the hill does not have a stop. The other 3 sides have stop signs.
Mowing is a continued problem at this intersection.
