sorry, that's a bit confusing- you wrote on 6/3 that a re-inspection was scheduled for 5/27. So- did it happen? Does it take a while to get the results posted? This house also needs demolition- it's seriously nasty.

6/4/13 - I apologize for the confusion. I feel sure the inspection took place, but since we only have 2 technicians that enter the re-inspection information for 5 inspectors, it can take a couple of weeks or longer for the information to be processed. The yards and premises were the only thing cited at this location. I will prepare a service request for the inspector to make an inspection of the structure itself. Any violations that may be seen from the street will be cited. The inspectors DO NOT go onto any property. hcj

thanks, that makes sense. just fyi, the front door is now wide open (was closed last week). I had checked last week that the back door was locked, didn't think to check the front.
