Uncollected Leaf Bags. Today is the 2nd trash collection day that leaf bags have not been picked up. The City instructs homeowners to put leaf bags out with trash. These bags are beginning to deteriorate with all the rain. Also is unsightly.

Today is trash day. I don't think there's a reason to complain about this until tomorrow if the leaves aren't picked up.
Additionally, if a residents wants to dispose of leaves or yard waste during any time besides the fall leaf vacuuming time, DPW requests that the refuse is bagged. The bagging is proper.
