Your comments are mean spirited and inappropriate. The people riding their bikes/running etc on the Farmngton canal do not have with them clippers and a way of picking up the cut branches.

The bushes have been cleared, but the north side of Skiff between the Parkway and Partyka Chevrolet is still dangerous. Pedestrians must walk in a very narrow area on an unstable dirt surface that slopes up from the road. Walkers risk tripping and falling into the car traffic and are forced to walk less than six inches away from fast-moving vehicles.

The weeds have overgrown most of the sidewalks and curbs in that whole area. I hadn't noticed much improvement in the bushes yet.
