Hello and Thanks, could you provide a pole # ? it is located on the street side of the pole at about 6' from ground level, this is a national grid owned pole and they can be reached directly at 1-800-322-3223 or nationalgid.com street light repair I will also submit this light for repair as soon as we identify it
