While several areas of the newly laid North Drive were cut out and patched, a defective area along the nursing home section was left untouched. The stretched area with several cracks was probably from asphalt being too hot and/or roller operator error. Left in it's current state, it will eventually fill with water, freeze and we'll have our first pot hole in that new street. Thought an inspector would have required this to be repaired?
