Description

Tuesday 05/21/2013 - loud crashing and banging noise from crushing of scrap buses coming from Prestige Scrap & Metal located 6120 N. Shepherd Drive. Scrap buses are being stored outside in scrap yard.

Noise coming from large loading grappler machine located in center of scrap yard while working to load dump trailers with scrap material from buses.

City of Houston Ordinance 28-34 prohibits scrap yards to be within 300’ of an existing church, school or residence with “open storage”.

Prestige Scrap & Metal is within 300’ of existing residence(s).
