Give me a break - B/c its normal for 12+ people to have nothing better to do every night from 7pm-4am. Plus they go from one house to another down the rd as if they are picking something up. And those cars form NY/NJ are just visitors every other week.

Ya so this is not working - The other week there were 2 couples just hanging out on a parked car getting rubdowns of some sort.. Cops just dry by - Hellooo Its past 130am - This is not the city that never sleeps..

They just rotate..

This has been open for 4 yrs - I don't think this will get fixed any time soon.
