I have had Richard metcalk and the building inspector and fire marshall here months ago cause my landlord rented the apt to me without making sure I had a bahroom. my apt is still not fiished. there is still work to be done in my bathroom and there is still no railing for the stairs which is very dangerous since I have small kids. jimmy lives in the basement where the meters are and now has a lock on the door so no one can get in not even the ulitly companys. he doesn't belong living in a basement where there is no refrif, stove or even a toilet. steven maccormack has let jimmy live in the basement for over a year. my neighbors glued my locks and steven did not evict them for what they did. the neighbors even stole my utilities for 3 months and still steven did nothing when I told him. the ulity company told they want full inspection to the basement for the wiring problems in this bulding.pls call me at 860 394 5339
