Description
people run the stop sign on Green Island Rd and Kettle Creek Rd all the time! Perhaps it needs to be more visible?

1. The way the apts. were built is pertinent, because the pvt. development has the right of way (no stop sign) over the county road (Kettle Creek is Rt. 620) and Green Island Rd., both of which have more traffic. As a result, apt. tenants come flying out onto the main road without looking.
2. Project is a common word for development, as in highway project, bridge project. etc. Don't be so sensitive.

Make it a 3-way stop intersection, with only Kettle Creek Rd. coming from Hooper having the right of way. Apartment tenants should have a stop sign, because it's a private development not a main road.
Vehicles coming from the right and left (Green Island and Cambourne Shores) know to stop at the red signs and look out for the teants who speed out of the apts.
Why in the world are they allowed to enter a public road without stopping? The way they drive is insane.
