Description

The electric department removed sidewalk a couple of years ago (maybe) to put underground service to the second house north of Hobart on east side of N. Kalmazoo. Stretch about 5 or more feet long. It has never been replaced and is one of hundreds of trip hazzards on our city sidewalks, but the main thing is the sidewalk is missing.
