Description

Last two Fridays, backups extend up to the first southbound exit for National Airport well into the 4 PM hour. When arriving to see what the issue is, workers are either standing around (last Friday) or continubg work that should have been completed. Have seen no evidence of Park Police in the vicinity or anyone in authority, for that matter.
