At the top of the hill from Wilbur Ave, I think it's South Clinton Ave and then there is another blinking red just passed the Boy's Club building, I think it could be Prospect. The 2 blinking lights are close to the Boy's club on Greenkill Ave next to the railroad tracks. The smaller cross streets have a blinking yellow while the main street, Greenkill, has the blinking red and in the daylight the traffic on Greenkill is unable to see that the "side streets" have a yellow. Someone not familiar with the area would naturally assume the side street also has a blinking red and would proceed to go forward once they stopped even if traffic is approaching on the side street.

How about people just stop for the red light and check for traffic instead of just flying through the intersection.

Problem is the light on Greenkill is changed from red blinking to yellow blinking in the winter, to prevent from people having to stop on the icy hill and slide back down, and then in spring it is changed back to blinking red, and people who don't travel the street often don't realize that it isn't always the same kind of light year round...

It's quite counter intuitive to have a Greenkill, which is for all purposes a thru street, have a stop for Wilbur, which is not a thru street, and has only a flashing yellow. Quite strange to have a 4 lane stop for a 2 lane. Always wondered about that.

Greenkill/Wilbur both have red lights. Neither of them are just blinking....it is after the Wilbur intersection that the blinking lights on Greenkill begin.
