The city says they need money? I went up there to see whats going on with this vacant house. I told them I wanted to buy the house so the city can collect the property taxes. (which is thousands behind) The vacant land program is a big joke. I want to buy the vacant lot next to me. The person in charge Lonnie Mason cant or wont do his job. I paid the application fee months ago and called left messages and no reply? I went up there and the girls said he is not in so I started talking to them whats going on..low and behold he happens to come around the corner real snotty saying I haven't gotten to the applications yet?? So I guess, the city will have to pay to cut the grass and waste more money rather than sell off and collect money?
