Severely dilapidated fence. High safety danger. Fence is owned by City. If owner was private individual, the person/family would be majorly fined and possibly prosecuted for endangering public safety. Entire length of fence has many sharp and jagged edges sticking out due to decades of neglect and improper maintenance. According to City codes, entire fence must be replaced or repaired immediately due to both unsightly appearance and major safety violations.
