Walk light cycling for no reason.

This pedestrian signal does not engage on its own. It is the result of a pedestrian pushing the button and not waiting for the ped cycle to cross.

This is untrue as it is also untrue of the walk signal engaging on Saturday at Whalley and Harrison perhaps because of the synogogue.
