Description

Two females in the area of Dunkin Donuts are harassing passersby and patrons. They are dressed in attire similar to Hospital or Med School personnel but a bit off , almost homemade outfits by sight. They can be spotted in other locales. Both are about 5'7"tall give or take an inch. One is darker,dark brown hair, medium complexion, very heavy in the lower jaw, droopy sort of mouth.
the second one is fairer ,shoulder length light brown hair,tussled/unkempt hair. No ID was on either, when police were called they disappeared around that Harris /Sterling building
