Description

I had a bike accident/collision/crash this morning partially due to a chronically blocked bike lane parking of trucks outside 3440 Market Street on the side toward Center City. The police advise the next truck to not park there since there was bike accident. In the past, I often see trucks park outside the bike lane area, which is main case of the accident. I didn't see someone opening the car door until after going around the truck.
