Description
Pavement is terrible (potholes) and poor lighting makes even more dangerous. It would be easy to crash here or be overtaken by a car. Darkness means there are always shady people found under this bridge.
Grant St. is one of the few streets that crosses the RR tracks in this area. Under the rail bridge, the street goes through a dark tunnel just south of the intersection of Grant & Decatur St.

I love in Europe how the shopping centers often span over the railways to provide shoppers with direct access train stations. Let's get Whole Foods to build a new store here which connects directly to the Marta Station by placing it over the tracks. Include a bike bridge over Decatur Street.
