Description

Scranton police should enforce noise ordinance against drivers of vehicles playing 'boom-box'-type stereos so loud homes vibrate from the noise being so loud. This is not music; this is a public nuisance and substantially interferes with one's quiet use and enjoyment of one's home, particularly along S. Main Avenue in West Scranton. Make some $$ for this distressed city & enforce the law!! Give tickets for violating noise ordinance! Pleeease ...

I can't beleive that Scranton nit whit attitude here about a legitimate complaint which is an intrusion on others rights to quiet use and enjoyment of ones home...There is nothing wrong with the house that vibrates from this rap crap music. It is the ghettoblasters that don't know how to keep thir hats on straight or their pants up for that matter. What gives them the right to infringe on the rights of others? It is time for the Scranton police to stop going for those donuts and start writing tickets to these jerks! How about making some money for the city.?
