Traffic cyle too long at the intersection of Rip Rap Road and Armistead Ave. No traffic on Armistead while dozens of cars are waiting on Rip Rap Road to turn left onto Armistead Avenue or waiting to making a left turn from Armistead Avenue onto Rip Rap Road. Cycle times should be shortend in the morning and evening rush hours (school buses and public transportation buses are often seen waiting in long lines to make that turn)
