At the Nash Street exit from the 105 West Freeway, the Imperial Highway roadway is extremely degraded, with deep potholes and uneven pavement over an area of 20 feet by 50 feet. This is primarily as you turn right off the exit onto Imperial Highway, but all lanes are becominig worse.
