Description

Cars are parked in front of fire hydrant, on Forrest, in "No Parking Here to Corner" on north side of West Elm, and on the "No Parking Anytime" south side of West Elm.
Most times of the day and night cars are parked illegally, making a dangerous intersection even more hazardous.
