the main complaint is the missing paver which allows the area to fill with water during rain an remains muddy for days. Compounding the problem is that it is a busy busstop and passengers are always walking through it to get to the bus. Additionally, the placement of the sign, tree, and trash can so close together is awkwardly designed at best. For some reason bus drivers always open the doors right there and it's hard to get in and out with so many items clustered together.
