I talked to the streets department, and they closed out the ticket without even showing up, because this is a private street. I understand our association is responsible for the street, but the Water Department owns the valve, and usually if you have a sinkhole by a water valve, the water valve is leaking. Yet the street department, did not notify us, or the water department that they closed the ticket. I called both the Water Department and Street Department, and have heard nothing back yet. Please help
