I have already notified ImPark of the issue and requested an update after they evaluate. You are so right, Mr Parker. I certainly did not mean to insinuate that the City does not have any responsibility, just that initial responsibility is, our contractor, ImPark. Sorry for any confusion.

Do we have any status of this issue yet? The vehicles are still in the same place without being moved. The plates still remain expired. Could you please forward this issue to Mrs. Hassart if the contractor is unable to show a response and resolution already in progress? Thank you.

Impark had a patroller take a look at these vehicles and take some pictures. They are not sure if they are on the city ROW. Engineering has been provided these pics adn asked for assistance makeing the determination. I will update when I have more information. If private, I will contact DCD regarding this problem.
