4/28/2014 - Service Review: Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City Government online. There was a service provided for this block (20020896961) and closed on 4/15/2014. Your concern is duly noted and Richmond has resubmitted this request to ask if Roadway Mgmt (20020936671) can inspection and do a consideration to reset the slope of the asphalt gutter section in front of 117 Libbie Ave to cause water to run to inlet instead of pooling in front of 117 Libbie for days after rains.

5/30/2014 - Roadway Concrete Mgmt (20020936671) noted as of 5/1/2014 this request will be added to the gutter concrete repair list. New request # 20020938142. Please understand that SeeClickFix is setup for quick fixes in the City of Richmond that can take place more immediately once entered onto SeeClickFix. Concrete maintenance most times will take more than one year or two years for maintenance to take place once the safety inspection is executed. This is due to the size of the crew and the volume of tickets that must be prioritized and worked.
