Description
I've been keeping an eye on this empty store (between Whitneyville Food Center and the Credit Union). It's been empty since a florist left a year or so ago. It would be an excellent spot to put in an ice cream parlor or something that anchors the little shopping center and bring the neighborhood together- getting people out walking and enjoying the space. So far I've called Ashley's Ice Cream and Wentworth's Ice Cream.
Does anyone else have ideas for this space?

My response to this is that although we can't control what a private owner requires (ie Credit worthy tenant)we can call all the real esate brokers we know to get them to bring in a tenant.
I will do the same
