Description
Getting out of Mill Grove Apartments is a disaster. I have lived there many years and there has been countless accidents. Average wait time to make a left onto Egypt Road is on average 4 Minutes and most times longer. The apartment complex does nothing and PennDot is just as bad.

By the way I agree with you if it's that bad. They could simply have someone time it for a day and then if people are waiting that long they can add a on demand light. A timed light would be a worse disaster than is described now.

OK but the lights need to be carefully timed with the lights at Genuardi's. If they're not, you will just add to the mountains of congestion on this segment and push traffic onto other local roads.

I drive down Egypt Road EVERY morning, and I always try to wave in a car or 2 from Mill Grove. I can only image how long some people have to wait to get onto Egypt. But I completely agree that the light would have to be carefully timed!
