After the old brick schoolhouse which used to be located here was torn down recently, nothing whatsoever was done to clean up this dirty, disgusting abandoned lot! There is scrap metal and bricks and overgrowth all over the place!!

And the short road called "School St." behind it is an absolute crumbling shambles which needs to be repaved because there is barely any pavement left, and there are 1-foot deep potholes all over the place!

Nothing has been rebuilt here, and it has been left an unsightly eyesore right in the middle of the village of Latham, right next to the Latham Circle!

How long is it going to take for people to actively do something to clean up these abandoned places around this area?!

Is this the kind of welcome we want visitors to our community to see?

Let's clean up this mess, Town of Colonie, and build some decent businesses in this area and let's get this community back to WORK again!
