Description

Sunken pavement/pothole on Bellevue Avenue toward Imperial Plaza Seniors HOme at 1715 Bellevue Ave. Sunken area is about 200 feet from intersection of Hermitage and Bellevue. Residents and family members of Imperial Plaza have been calling to complain. Note: they also say Thank you to Travis Bridgewell and The City of Richmond for fixing the pothole at the intersection about two weeks ago. sent via VDOT website.
