Description

This is an alley entrance parking situation. The corner house on Jefferson and Plymouth takes up all the alley way and makes it hard for others to get it. I've called the city several times w/ no avail. Since everyone has to squeeze by that has produced pot holes in the grass off the alley way. Please help!
