Description

The manhole cover constantly makes noise when someone drives over it. It happens about every 5 minutes and I can hear it from my bedroom with the door shut. It is a small manhole cover on the right side of Masonic heading towards the panhandle. Please secure it or put some cushion under it so it isn't noisy. Thank you
