Add to that 938111 which seems to have been removed (in just a day and a half?) 938111 was opened on 2/12/14 and noted a "People Behaving Badly" Segment that showed the lawlessness in Oakland. Another comment noted that according to recent FBI statistics Oakland is reported to be #2 most dangerous city in 2013. But I guess maybe Quannie has put the screws to the comments against her.
