Description

Everyday the north bound lane of 16th Street between Columbia Road and Irving Street becomes a bottleneck because of parked cars. It doesn't matter what time of day or night. The problem is that 2 lanes go down to 1 because of the turn-off for Mt. Pleasant Street and the fact that the right lane is blocked with parked cars. The back-up often extends south to Euclid Street. Parking on the northbound lanes of 16th Street between Columbia and Irving Streets should be prohibited. It doesn't seem right that 10 parked cars are allowed to snarl hundreds of other drivers.
