Description
Intersection of Mahan and Midpark roads. On the East bound lane of Midpark, turning from Mahan, there are huge dips like wheel ruts within the first 10 to 15 feet that will only get worse once schools starts. These ruts are most likely caused by heavy vehicles sitting on this stretch of road for long periods.
There are also several small pot holes at the intersection that make riding dangerous for motorcyclists.

Lamentably, the city of Dallas has failed to undertake any repairs at this intersection where school children cross to and from the elementary school each day. This intersection is also traversed by DART buses frequently, most likely contributing to the poor road condition as well as more frequent repairs to the buses themselves. It is unfortunate our city governments are so keen on cutting services while paying no attention whatsoever to their crumbling infrastructure.
Or is the lack of repair simply due to the fact this is lower economic community and so, less deserving of repari?
