Description

On this stretch of Harris Road, on the sidewalk, there are three exposed pipes labeled "water." One is missing the cover so a foot could step in it; one is completely broken leaving jagged edges; and one is quite a bit higher than the sidewalk causing a tripping hazard. If you walk a lot, you keep it in mind, but for those who don't or happen to walk at night, it is a danger.

The necessary repairs have to be made by the Fulton County Water Department, which has been notified. In the interim, we have placed markers over and around the hazards to address the immediate safety concern.
